570. Notwithstanding section 89 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), no person may request the correction of personal information contained in the permanent list of electors or the list to be used for an election otherwise than as provided for by this Act.
Notwithstanding section 9 of the said Act, ballot papers are accessible only in the manner prescribed by this Act.

570. Notwithstanding section 89 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), no person may request the correction of personal information contained in the permanent list of electors or the list to be used for an election otherwise than as provided for by this Act.
Notwithstanding section 125 of the said Act, only the Chief Electoral Officer may grant the authorization provided for in that section.
Notwithstanding section 9 of the said Act, ballot papers are accessible only in the manner prescribed by this Act.

570. Sections 65, 66 and 67.1 to 70 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1) do not apply to the collection, preservation and use of personal information necessary for preparing the list of electors.
Notwithstanding section 71 of the said Act, no public body shall file the personal information contained in the list of electors.
Notwithstanding section 89 of the said Act, no person may request the correction of personal information contained in the list of electors otherwise than as prescribed by this Act.
Notwithstanding section 125 of the said Act, only the chief electoral officer may grant the authorization provided for in that section.
